A Lightholder is the quiet keeper of the flame — one who receives the Light, guards it within their own life, and lets it shine wherever they stand. Their gift is stillness: to keep the fire from going out.
A Lightbearer is called to carry that flame beyond themselves — into the dark places, into other hearts, across the distances a flame was never meant to travel alone. Their gift is movement: to bring what was given to those still waiting in shadow.
Neither stands above the other. Without the Lightholder, there is no flame to carry. Without the Lightbearer, the flame never reaches those who need it most.
